Mystery ‘Myiagra’ Flycatcher

This page features the mystery ‘Myiagra’ flycatcher that I photographed at the end of August 2010 close to the Royal Darwin Hospital. NT, up to now there seems to be several ‘threads’, that it is either an out-of-range male Satin Flycatcher (M. cyanoleuca), an aberrant Leaden Flycatcher (M. rubecula) or an unknown vagrant species from Indonesia, New Guinea or Melanesia. I have also added images of Broad-billed (M. ruficollis) and Leaden Flycatchers that I took around the same time.
